For as long as I can remember, drawing has been my world. While traditional school never truly motivated me, art did. I wasn’t great at math or memorizing facts, but when I discovered graphic design, everything changed. I went from struggling in a traditional academic system to excelling in a field where creativity is key: advertising, design, and marketing.
In 2015, after several moms from my son's school asked me about a drawing class for their children, I started teaching him and a few of his classmates in Toronto. What began as a small group in a classroom soon grew into MUSE Art Studio—a space where kids can develop their talent with the right guidance.
When the pandemic hit, I had to reinvent my approach and adapt my teaching to an online format. Today, my live classes have proven to be just as effective, allowing children in Canada, the U.S., and Spain to learn from the comfort of their homes.
Thanks to their training at MUSE Art Studio, many of my students—including my own son—have refined their drawing and painting techniques, building portfolios that helped them gain admission to prestigious art programs in high schools and universities. What makes me proudest is seeing how art has opened doors for them, giving them new opportunities and a passion that will stay with them for life.

Karate and music require time and practice, just like art.
Imagine a child learning to play the violin or a girl training in Karate. Just like these two disciplines, art requires dedication, practice, and above all, time. What seems difficult at first becomes natural with time, and as parents, we know how quickly our children grow. Every stage of their development is an opportunity to guide them toward success, and elementary school is the perfect time!
Taking advantage of this early stage is key to developing artistic skills. Adults have responsibilities that limit their time to learn, but children have the advantage of dedicating themselves to art consistently, developing their technique with patience and discipline.
Just like the child playing the violin or the girl advancing in Karate, students at MUSE Art Studio start off nervous, but as the years go by, they become confident artists, ready to face any challenge.
Because we’re not looking for the next Picasso; we’re shaping future artists with a professional education. You don’t need to be a genius to learn to draw, you just need patience, discipline, and a teacher to guide you.
At MUSE Art Studio, we don’t teach "finger painting" or creating chaos on a canvas. We focus on developing essential artistic skills, just like a good Karate instructor or a music conductor would. Without discipline, there is no progress.
